"Parking wasn't accessible due to maintenance being done on the building. The room was clean. And smaller than what is advertised, also there was no common area like in the pictures. We had a mini table in the hall with a coffee station."

Breakfast was better than going to a restaurant- fresh and hot, many choices and we were served in our room in total comfort. Alice most accommodating, very sweet and full of local information. "Stayed in the Queen Charlotte room. Very clean and modernized place to stay. Probably the best shower in a hotel/b&b ever. Large bathroom with counter space for toiletries. Large soft towels. The room has dishes and glasses, silverware, coffee and tea, and a mini fridge. It was very comfortable. When we come back to Edinburgh, will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone."

"We had a lovely stay at the unique Ocean Mist hotel ship. Excellent staff and service made for a fantastic experience! The breakfast was delicious with many choices available. Make sure to check out the cocktails which are made with great care by the bar staff. Affordable luxury! Will most definitely make a return visit!"

Such great attention to detail and Alexander/Erika were so good at communicating with me; proactive and timely always. The room itself was large, spacious and so well appointed. Mattress was comfortable, the little kitchen perfect, the bathroom large and plush towels. "I stayed here for 6 nights. This property has many attractive features. It is a 1 min walk from the Picardy tram stop for the airport tram. It is a short 10 min walk to waverly train station. Also close walk to old town and the royal mile. Good proximity to restaurants and attractions. We walked to Leith but the tram goes right there. I walked everywhere. The apartments have great kitchens and w/d. the location is down a quiet lane so away from busy streets. I was on the side facing a pub but...

"Perfect location. Just 1/2 a block from the Royal Mile. Gorgeous historic building. Having a cozy apartment that is centrally located was great. The apartment was wonderful and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend! "
