"This is a small boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the ponte Vecchio bridge! The staff were so kind and gave us a map of the city and gave us information on great things to see and restaurants to try! The hotel was beautiful and the room was HUGE and property very clean! Our only issue was when typing in the name of the hotel on Google maps, it had our Uber drop us off at a historical sight a couple blocks away due to the two having the same name- this error is mostly our bad because we didn’t...

"Room was nice. Didnt see the email with instructions until we figured out how to get into the room. An email with instructions was sent but since I was travelling i didnt get a chance to check my email. Maybe in the future have the hotel send instructions 48 hours in advance instwad of 24."

The folks helping with check in and out were very friendly and responsive. The room was clean and had plenty of comforts when needed. Great location with a minuet walk to everything. My only want was for a room facing away from the main street outside the window. A bit noisy but manageable with earplugs. "
