"Great view of the beach and a fully equipped kitchen. There was even a sofa bed and space to eat. The AC cooled well, only thing is that it did release a bit of dust as it operated. The staff was attentive and helpful whenever they were needed and the pool/hot tub area was also great. "The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was clean. Place was spacious. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the chairs and table on the balcony were not clean. There was a lot of pet hair about the space. Knives in the holder were dirty. I stayed here before and it seemed much cleaner and comfortable. Hotel lobby guys were very nice and helpful. Otherwise it was quiet and relaxing and an easy walk to the Biscuit Factory."

"My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. "
