"Good location in Venice. Not far from everything, yet on quiet street. Our room had canal view which was nice. Good breakfast, and you can even sit at the table outside looking at boats passing by. "

"We had a beautiful, clean suite right on one of the canals. We really enjoyed the property, it was far enough away from the tourist crowds, but easy access to the main sites. It was especially convenient to access the ferry to Murano, Burano, and the airport. The breakfast was really great, options to suit most any taste. We would absolutely stay here again!"

The staff were are very welcoming and kind. I even needed ice daily for my post-knee surgery, and they accommodated with no problems!"

"Posizione molto comoda per visitare sia la città, leggermente al di fuori dei grandi flussi turistici ma comunque vicina alle principali attrazioni, sia per prendere il traghetto verso Murano e Burano. Struttura antica e suggestiva, recentemente rinnovata, con camere semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario, bollitore incluso. Il bagno in particolare è nuovo di zecca, con ottima doccia. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in bassa stagione. Un indirizzo da scoprire e ricordare!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the apartments very much. The building was located on a quiet street, but was a very short walk to the nearest vaporetto. There were many restaurants nearby. The app they had us use to open the doors was very spotty but it saved us having to check in at the hotel so I didn’t mind having to try a few times to get in each time.
