"Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop. Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it."

"Great hotel located at city central. Just 13 minutes walk from the ferry station. Closed to most of the tourist spots. Helpful staff and they have a good breakfast. They have their own dock if you want a private water taxi!"

"They first put us in a tiny room that seemed like it was randomly added under the staircase. It was super loud, and they told us there were no other rooms available, but then we went back and complained and were given a proper room, and said that was the only one available. However, even that room - wasn't very clean, and there were lots of spiders and mosquitoes. Some were dead and stuck on the walls and in the shower that weren't cleaned up, and the others were flying around. Everything...

"Shower good. Best vaporetto stop for the hotel is Rialto Mercato. It is the same distance to the hotel as Rialto Vaporetto stop without having to drag your case up and down over the Rialto bridge. Listen to receptionist for best places to eat. Good stay."

"My husband and I stayed here on the honeymoon and the room and view was amazing!! We loved the location and the balcony. My husband is tall, so the top balcony room was a bit of an issue for him, since the beams are very low. But the bed is comfortable and the overall experience was definitely worth it. The ac was amazing as well. Only complaint is that the front door is hard to find. I knew that after reading other reviews but I still was having difficulty. It’s a tiny door behind a bar, so...
