"Great hotel located at city central. Just 13 minutes walk from the ferry station. Closed to most of the tourist spots. Helpful staff and they have a good breakfast. They have their own dock if you want a private water taxi!"

"We originally chose to stay in an apartment that was located several minutes away from the actual hotel that we checked into. We had 4 large pieces of luggage and 4 backpack type items to carry through the streets of Venice which was not ideal. So we elected to change and stay at the hotel. "This is not a hotel it's a guest host without a reception desk and a three flight walkup, which can be very challenging with luggage. The building is run down and a bit dirty, it's in need of plaster repair and paint. However, the worst part is since there is not a front desk, if you need to contact someone right away you will be out of luck! You can email them but you won't get an immediate response and if you call the number provided, nobody answers the phone. Our GPS was not guiding us...

"Our room was nice when we got to it. 2 flights of stairs with suitcases was not appealing but staff helped us on arrival and upon departure. Checking in at a different location than we were staying was a little inconvenient, but the staff was helpful by walking us to our accommodations and answering questions."

"At 12:30 AM C'aAmadi courtyard gates were locked + there was NO SIGN identifying it. Desk is empty after 4 pm. You need to hire a porter to carry heavy luggage over two bridges. My apartment did not include toilet paper or clean towels, though I was staying just a few nights. "Kitchen" had only one teaspoon and the only pans had their non-stick coating scraped off. No counter space except for dish-drying area. No privacy: After dark you can see right through the curtains."

"Regular service was good and exceptional from breakfast attendee. They do a little "managed free" tour to Murano which is collaborated to certain company that does no tour for island at all. Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island. They should explain or print out detail explanation for tourist as it is first time visit there."
