"This is possibly the best located hotel in Venice and definitely has the kindest staff! The breakfast was excellent as well. It is stressful from the Eialto Mecato stop on vaporetto line 1, so if you have luggage and dont want the hassle of dragging it far, this is for you. "We were upgraded to the “apartment on the grand canal” which was the best view/location; however, the layout and condition were interesting. The view and the private dock were such a nice touch and a very welcomed surprise. The bathroom was modern and bright and very far away from the bed!
