"Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop. Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it."

"This is possibly the best located hotel in Venice and definitely has the kindest staff! The breakfast was excellent as well. It is stressful from the Eialto Mecato stop on vaporetto line 1, so if you have luggage and dont want the hassle of dragging it far, this is for you. They also stored our luggage to help us out and we're so friendly. Staffed 24 hours, the front desk is always ready to help and even arranged for us to have breakfast early on our departure day. "Room was very clean & bright Bathroom also. Terrace had a problem when we arrived due to overnight storms, so we couldn't check in at 2pm we had to wait until 3pm. There is rather a larger TV above the safe & mini bar (which was free) water & Prosecco. Tea & coffee provided which is behind the TV so hard to reach. Small hanging area but nowhere to put underwear or T shirts or small pieces from suitcase. Does need a small set of drawers. Also bathroom has no shelf as such to put toiletries,...
