"The hotel is good, great location, great price, great staff, and very clean. The rooms are quite small but the main issue I had was the noise. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the hallways, in adjacent rooms and the floor above and below. If a good night sleep is your priority, I would not book this hotel. I would not stay here again because of this."

"There was a bit of a complicated check in with the email registration form, then the text with the access code. Code didn’t work initially but went back down to get a new one. Staff was hospitable. Place is having a face lift for the Marriott change over. Needs some minor repair and painting in the room and more lighting. Bathroom was clean but the shower tray looked poor. Has stains and appears to be older."

"The staff at Hotel Felix were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The location is also a strong point — walking distance to a lot of great Chicago spots, which made getting around easy. My experience was somewhat diminished by the mandatory Urban Fee added at check-in. "the breakfast was ok. Usual nothing fancy but do the trick. Location is really great. Easy to walk, easy to get the subway or bus. Rooms are fine. Parking is in another building it is ok but you need a few more minutes to park. Staff was helpful."
