For lunch, we sat at the bar and was served by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, helpful and professional. All your staff was very polite and helpful, but Kaitlyn was particularly good at it. Next time we’re in Liverpool will be sure to stay at this hotel, without fail!"

"Excellent deluxe balcony room especially as it was an up grade. Looked over Matthew St but with yhe tripe glazing had no disturbance at all. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were so helpful and chatty, also had the opportunity to leave luggage on last day so could explore with out it , think they also offer his service if you arrive early as we went to do tjis. But we're able to check in early which was a bonus."
