He and Colette (who helps with rooms, etc) showed me how to get around unfamiliar travel systems (easy when you know how!) Breakfasts were good, often accompanied by good chats. "Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"
