"Guy at the front checking us in barely spoke english and was very difficult to understand. Shuttle service was horrible. The driver Rashid was rude and ignorant. We paid for an uber rather than use their shuttle service. "

"Worst experience torn bedsheets and torn window’s covers. Don’t have drinking water in entire hotel. Wending machine is not working. When we request for drinking water hotel team advising to walk down to the street and get water from gas station."

"The staff were super nice but there was not breakfast like we were told there was. The handicap shower flooded and got water everywhere! The people above were super loud and I notified front desk and was told they would switch us rooms and it never happened! "
