"On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. Staff could not have been more welcoming even though they might well have preferred to be somewhere else over Christmas. Dinner on Christmas Eve and breakfast on Christmas morning were first rate"
