"we love the location of this managed apt. building. very quiet and local. this apt had the river view which is spectacular! the apt. is well equipped as well as its kitchen. the staff is a group of young, polite, so nice and kind people. we had a wonderful time and definitely come back next visit to Tokyo."

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"

"Very friendly staff, place was clean. Plenty of amenities available. Wouldn’t even need to pack a toothbrush or soaps, shampoo and conditioner. It’s in a nice area of Tokyo, less hustle and bustle. Close to the Narita Air Terminal Train Station and other train stations. There’s a cute cafe (Caffe Como) around the corner I recommend going too, a lovely Japanese couple that I assume own the shop, always friendly and it’s calm. Definitely would come stay there again if I manage to come back to...

"The room was immaculately clean. While small, it provided the space needed for my family of five and helped us adjust to smaller spaces in Japan. The hotel is in a quiet area of the city with nearby restaurants, 7-11, and a small grocery store. There is also a close train station. The front desk staff were wonderful. We would be totally happy booking again."

"Het hotel is misschien iets verouderd, maar gewoon prima! We waren er iets voor de inchecktijd, maar de kamer was al beschikbaar. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd en het personeel let goed op dat het netjes blijft. Een mix van Westerse en Japanse gerechten. Je kunt iedere dag van je verblijf ook nog 2 flesjes water halen bij de receptie. De locatie is dicht bij de metro, wat heel fijn is."

Washing machine in the room is so convenient, and the bedding and bed is really comfortable. Great size for Tokyo, super clean, and easy because it’s a small property. Lovely staff, great location way to get to Tokyo station, ginza or Disney, or team lab!"
