"A great bargain in Tokyo. Yes, the rooms are small, and although I had a double bed I wouldn't recommend that particular room for two people. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day. There was also a nice little library with books about various aspects of Japan."

"We LOVE this hotel stay. It's definitely a HOME away from home with EVERYTHING we need, from full kitchen to washer-dryer laundry room. We enjoy the spacious layout, dining table, large fridge... also, very convenient location with 7/11, cafe, restaurants, free shuttle at Tokyo City Air Terminal, plus airport bus direct to both airports! The only tiny thing I wish is NO little window by bunk bed because it was very cold with breeze air coming through in December... I had to wear a hoodie to...

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"

"They have 2 bedroom suites that could accommodate 6 persons and has washer/dryer in the suite. Good location, 5 minutes walk to train stations, plenty of options for dinner and lunch. Some cool activities for kids at the lobby. They dont provide snack or any other afternoon snacks, but they provide sake testing each night. "

"This was the perfect hotel for us to wind down our time in Japan. The room was wonderful as it had a seating area for us to relax and the beds -2 bunks and 2 queens fit our entire group very comfortably. The convenience to public transport was incredibly easy, though we preferred to walk to most all of the sites we wanted to see. It was a great location to see so many parts of the city! Would highly recommend."
