"The room was very spacious and the staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions and keeping our bags safe. The hotel is in a fantastic location with the British Museum a two minute walk away and lots of food and drink options in nearby Covent Garden. The room was nice and quiet considering the central location and there were great supplies of toiletries and refreshments. "

"Didn’t have breakfast but had a few drinks at the bar, service is very very quick and staff couldn’t accommodate enough, the lady behind the bar was very polite to me and my partner too and room service was quick. Only thing I will say is I think parking charges in the hotel are a bit harsh as you pay money to stay so parking should be free! Coming back in February for our son’s birthday. "

"Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room with a friend whilst attending an evening at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Great location, easy check in, room clean and tidy and functional. Best beds ever!!! So comfy. Definitely larger than the average single. Best sleep ever.
We didn’t use any of the other facilities the hotel has to offer so can’t comment on those.
My only disappointment was the £100 security deposit I had to leave. Obviously returned if no damage or no purchases made to room. "
