"I decided to save a little money on my trip to London and book at a pod hotel. It was my first time staying in a pod. The building is conveniently located in Soho and just a 5 minute walk to the Tube & the Elizabeth line to Heathrow and a Tesco market right across the street. The area is super busy and lots to see. "Management did not respond to us after a night where we were woken up by other guests; we made reasonable inquiries and as soon as the topic turned to a partial refund, communication ceased. The room was well air-conditioned, which is nice for London. As well the main lobby is quite posh."

"Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful."

Der einzige Nachteil waren die vielen schmalen Treppen bis zu unserem Zimmer, da ich Probleme mit meinem Knie habe. Das Personal wusste dies jedoch vorher nicht. "This is such a great location, right in the heart of London - steps from the Thames, London Eye and Westminster. The hotel itself is a good price for the location and the rooms were clean. We had a third adult sleeping on a sofa bed which saved money and was ok for the short stay. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating and we had beautiful weather which made it fun to dine alfresco - even on a busy london street. "The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room. The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown was but other...

"The staff is by far the most customer-friendly & helpful I’ve met in past 4 years of periodic travel. Offered great dining tips, held our luggage & carried it out to the curb for us.
