"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

The buffet was not being replenished and there were people waiting over 5 minutes by the coffee to get the filter jug refilled. "This was our first time staying at The Other House and we would definitely come back. The apartment was small but they made greatbuse of space and furnishings were unique and welcoming. The location was very central, easy walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, lots of great restaurants to choose from and area felt very safe. We only used the lounge for a drink one night. "

"The property was tired and in need of an upgrade for the cost it was charging its clients. The tiled floor in one of the lifts was badly cracked. The seat in the toilet of my suite was in need of replacement. The chairs and sofa within the suite had low backs and was very basic and uncomfortable. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). "Extremely helpful and courteous staff on check in and throughout our stay. The location is incredible for low traffic volumes but proximity to Earls Court subway lines (to airport and on main District line). Rooms were small (no chairs to drink morning coffee) but bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I would definitely return."
