"We booked a standard room, size moderate 24m2. Spacious bathroom though with spacious vanity place for pur toiletries. Service is impeccable, where my Amazon packages were already inside our room before our arrival/check in. Location is perfect."

"This location is near the high end stores and close to transit, rail or metro. The breakfast area is very busy and groups of 2 work best. The staff are really nice and will go out of their way to help you. For breakfast it was ok, everywhere in Japan it seems you have to ask for your eggs cooked longer unless you like very runny omelettes, scrambled eggs or even over easy. There was a large travel group that took over the breakfast area which made it tough. We managed but decided on grab...

"Typical small size hotel room in Japan, but the amenities like rooftop patio, in-facility laundry/dryer, late evening/early morning soak at onsen hot spring, free ramen/ice cream/yogurt to snack on more than makes up for it. Our room had windows you can open to let fresh air in, which was great. Water pressure in the shower was strong, and have to appreciate the warm bidet seats."

"Very convenient location for Tsukiji market shopping and dining. Room was small, but efficiently arranged. Great to have laundry in room. Check in was very quick but pre check in process was very time consuming because of the ridiculous way of entering dates using calendars rather than entertaining year, month, and day separately. Staff was fantastic, holding our bags after early arrival and placing bags in room after check in time. Highly recommend this property."

"This building/hotel is stunning to look at and stay at. The hotel begins on the 25th floor and our room happened to be on the 31st. We were able to pick our room and got the view of Tokyo Tower. The room is very comfortable and has a little fridge, hot water kettle and mugs for coffee and tea. We enjoyed our meal at the hotel and they have a lovely lounge area as well. It's fairly well located off of the metro line as well. The only drag-back is that it's location is within a business center so...

"The room is very comfortable and have everything we need. As a family this is a great place to stay with great amenities with bunk beds and kitchen with everything equipped. I especially like that the shower and faucet and toilet are all separate so it’s easy for everyone to get ready. Mimaru brand is not cheap, but for family it is a great property for the money "

"The location is great. There is a 7/11 on the ground floor and many restaurants that open late within the block. The only downside is the feel of the hotel does not really feel comfortable or grand for the price we paid"
