"The room and hotel were clean. The staff was however, was basically non existent. When we first arrived in the evening after a long flight we were asked to use self check in machine, despite there being a person at the reception. They also were very reluctant when we asked for help with our bags up to our room. The reception area is also a bar, which means it is constantly loud and full of people, especially in the evenings and there is no other way to the rooms other than through what seems like a pretty popular bar."

"Excellent hotel and location. Connected to Shiodome and Shimbashi Stations underground. Family Mart in the basement for snacks and drinks. Staff is SO kind and friendly. We received upgrades to the Tokyo Tower view, late check out at 1pm, and free drinks for being an Expedia Gold member. "

"Th hotel is located very close to the Ginza shopping district and a subway entrance making it perfect for those looking to do a lot of shopping and see other places in Tokyo. The staff is extremely helpful and speak good English. The room itself was very nice and extremely comfortable. My main complaint is the lack of an ice vending machine and laundry room but the hotel provides a laundry service with a cost while an ice bucket can be sent to the room."
