"Clean hotel, very quiet area away from busy areas, close to a mall and lot of restaurants with short uber drive. Very friendly staff, good food, clean spacious rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment suite , spacious and great value for money. No a/c, has a pedestal fan, very comfortable sleep. My only concern is our bed, probably needs replacing. There is construction for expansion outside, but did not have any negative effects on our stay! Highly recommend ! "

"EXPEDIA CUSTOMERS BEWARE there is no free breakfast for you, this needs to be rectified on the booking page or the hotel should let the customers know by the confirmation booking email.i found receptionist not very welcoming and unhelpful, unusual hotel where you are charged for the washing of towels,bath mats, bedding and a daily fee for a kettle all of these I've never experienced in all the 9 hotels I've stayed at while in Kenya, no smart TV, so all programs are African worship channels I...

"I had a fantastic stay at The Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel in Nairobi. Despite being a small hotel, it was impeccably clean and organized, with everything I needed. From a small rooftop pool with a bar to neat rooms equipped with Netflix and YouTube, plus fast internet. The staff were outstanding—especially Patrick and Anthony at reception and Liz in the restaurant. The food was also amazing, and I highly recommend this hotel for its great value, location, and excellent tours they offer."

"This old hotel needs a complete renovation. Decent value for the price, but not anywhere near luxury. Balcony views are nice. Sauna and steam room are good. "

"Overrated. The Elevator and rooms at different levels so you always have to step up or down to take elevator. Restaurant food is mediocre. Rooms missing basic things like no hand towels and inconsistent water flow. No exhaust in the bathroom and bathroom door is just in front of bed. Rooms are definitely specious but poorly designed. I would not stay again. "

"Very sketchy neighborhood. Inside the hotel is ok. The breakfast buffet is a joke. Very limited choices. No beverages were available. They did have 3 empty beverage dispensers. 3 of the 6 warmers were out of food. The others were cold. No napkins. I asked the staff if I could get a napkin but never did. "
