"Apartment was clean and spacious exactly what we needed as a family of 4. There was a comprehensive folder of information in the apartment which was helpful. The apartment was within a 10-15 minute walk of the city centre attractions, free parking under the apartment was also what attracted us to book."

"Overall a bit disappointing. Upon arrival the car park entry and exit system was not working which caused issues. There were queues to check in. The room we had was always cold, with a broken unusable safe and a bed which had a large spring coming through the mattress. There was quite a bit of noise from weekend revellers outside which was loud even though we were on the fourth floor. The breakfast was okay but the cooked breakfast had no mushrooms. It's a cheap stay which obviously is the point, however rooms are quite run down and there was mold and damp on the ceiling, that was so close to me as I was lucky to get the top bunk. Breakfast was basic, but overall good. Staff was helpful, especially the younger boy serving the breakfast buffet. "

"The property is in a great location, but is not kept in a great shape. Beds were super uncomfortable, you cold feel the mattress springs pooking you. The bathroom really need basic updates, a clean, mold free shower curtains would be enough "

"Pros- Good pool. Great breakfast with wide variety. Lovely restaurant staff. Lovely maintenance staff. Good location a little away from the centre. Some nice restaurants nearby. Plenty of space for paid parking. Comfy beds. Accomodates kids well. Cons- Sewage smell from basin. Reception staff seem a little more overwhelmed than other staff. Signs of wear all over the room - carpets, broken lamp, superficial damage/scratches to bathtub. "
