"Great"

"The Dean Court is a charming boutique hotel that was completed in 1865 as Clergy residences for York Minster which the hotel is in the shadow of. Because you are staying in a heritage building there can be some charming challenges such as creaky floors and low clearance doorways. Despite that the positives far outweigh any challenges you may encounter. Everything is walkable from the Dean Court and there are several great pubs feet from your front door many of which offer a Sunday Roast menu....

"When checking out our room was different, we are from Arizona and never used anything like this, we had to use the key card to turn on electricity to the room. The bed was comfortable and clean, air conditioner worked great and the shower was excellent. The staff was excellent and answered all my questions.The laundry room was ok, washed all the clothes well, but drying the clothes wasn't that good after an hour still had to let the clothes dry in our room.Kitchen was nice had a dishwasher and...

"The room was great and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. It’s a convenient location, lots of good local restaurants. Only qualms were the pillows (could not get comfy at all - weird texture) and the noise from the construction next door waking me up around 8am. Overall I’d stay again (but bring my own pillows)."

"Lovely historic property just outside of the main area of town in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Rooms appear to have been newly renovated, beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything needed. Breakfast options were great. You do need to be prepared to carry luggage up a flight of stairs and make sure to arrange parking in advance."

"Hi, Beautiful old property, lovely bathroom, beds need to be updated, air conditioning lacking and it’s was 38 degrees when we were there. The buffet was very good and replenished frequently. Would stay again."

"The Hilton was disappointing. The toilet paper was incredibly thin, the plumbing gurgled, the balcony had no seating so we couldn’t sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was poor, no table service and lukewarm flask water for tea, breakfast was too early with advice to ‘get up early and avoid the crowds’. The bathroom was poorly fitted, with a flooding sink, really bog standard shower gel and soap which ran out and was not replaced, a tiny shower cubicle that you could hardly turn around in, no...
