"I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Majestic. The room was very clean and airy with a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very both nutritious and delicious. I enjoyed the coffee and many flavors of tea they have. The location is also very convenient. I can walk to Japantown to visit the shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel."

"We liked the place. Lots of things to see and take pics of. Price was good for San Francisco. We thought we would pay more but glad they are not greedy people. Very kind and funny staff. Breakfast selection was good. The only thing i would have like to have was scrambled eggs not just hard boiled eggs but all in all loved the whole experience and would go back again. "

"It felt like a boarding house. No common area to sit on a couch and relax. Our window opened onto an air shaft and no view. Neighborhood parking is nonexistent so only stay if using Uber. The bed and bath were clean. However I would not stay there again."

"1 night stay and since I arrived late, I like the ability to still be able to access the building. The room was a good size. I wasn’t that pleased about the shower room. I feel like you shouldn’t be able to see under the shower doors (privacy)."

"Great decor, close to the concert venue our son was going to. Parking was a bit difficult so we had to circle around a few times until the front desk guy came out and explained it was confusing. We appreciated him taking time off to explain how to find public parking since their parking lot was full. "

"Everything they said in the reviews was pretty accurate. Rooms were a pleasant surprise. Very clean with a modern flare. Vintage elevator gets you up and down. Parking was pretty squirrelly but manageable. Close to everything. Front desk was very nice, and the guy had a matter of fact attitude which I appreciated. I would stay at this hidden gem again."

"Great location and amenities. The breakfast was also quite good. Only addition I would recommend is to include a hot drink option for kids like hot chocolate or warm milk. Bathroom extraction fan was also not working despite raising it with staff and that is the only thing that prevents me from giving it a 5 star rating."

"The hotel was clean and the location was great. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast/afternoon snacks were delightful. Only complaint was the street noise, two out of my three night stay I was kept awake by truck emptying recycling which seem to go on for over an hour. I understand that it’s an older building and an urban location. I would still stay here again."
