"Excellent hotel, great service, my daughter left her cell phone in the lobby and within 5 minutes, a member of the staff had figured out it was ours, contacted the main office, obtained our contact info, and called to alert us. Also, units very clean, location and access to tube excellent, great market across the street, Lime bikes 2 minutes away, beds very comfortable, and smart TV a plus. "Our flight was late and we checked10:00 pm, so might be much better if earlier. Check in guy was dismissive, not helpful, just said kitchen was closed and bar was closing. We stayed 3 nights and only found out this morning that a light breakfast was included, and were shown around the hotel by a much nicer employee. The neighborhood is dead after dark but we enjoyed the area. Our room was tiny, lights burned out, safe didn’t work and noisy with window open (which you must as there is no air). We...

"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."
