"Really lovely apartment. Hadn’t expected separate sitting room but it proved perfect for entertaining my son and his friends for drinks before going out for dinner. Kitchen perfectly kitted out with espresso machine, microwave. Dishwasher and even champagne flutes. Slippers and robe another nice touch (robes are a bit small). This is our 3rd stay at an Urban Creations apartment and there is no need to look any further if staying in Bristol."

"The apartment was spacious, the kitchen area was perfect for breakfast with coffee machine etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Well positioned to walk into the city. "

"The staff were very friendly, our accessible room was spotless, and the shower had a chair, not one of those fixed to the wall things! It felt very safe having a shower :: The only improvement would be to place a chair in one of the changing rooms by the sauna/steam room/gym, as getting showered and changed after having a steam/sauna was difficult!"

"We were very impressed with the whole stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was delicious and the room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely view of the Clifton Suspension Bridge."

"Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was good for a freebie, with croissants, toast, beans, sausages and bacon all available alongside cereals and fruit. Only issue was with the water pressure, shower was. ABIT weak and toilet took a while for cistern to refill after flushing. Three minute walk from temple meads though meant it was very convenient for travel and 15-20min to centre and to Old Vic theatre. Would stay again."
