"Great location. Especially if travelling out/in to King’s Cross. Rooms ideal for a short stay. We had a lower floor room without a window and didn’t have any problem with it. Only negative is not much leg room on toilet! Something to consider if mobility issues. "

"Everyone at the desks were great. It was our 1st time in the UK. We didn’t realize we had to have a different adapter than the rest of Europe and the staff gave a charger to use but wouldn’t work so they charged our iPhones for us!
The only disappointment we had was we asked the concierge to help us with getting a taxi to go to Buckingham and Kensington palaces and both of them brushed us off and said take the tube and literally turned their backs on us. "

If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
