"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "Our Economy Double room was spotless but the smallest room I've ever stayed in. Book it only if you are slim (otherwise won't fit into bathroom). Tiniest sink ever too! Nowhere to place suitcases even worse for a large one. Zero amenities. Only paper cups available. We didn't like that we had to hand in our room key & someone entered our room to bring fresh towels.
