Our view was perfect as promised and paid for. We had a view of the ocean and park. The hotel had apartments without service. Nice heated pool however bubbles in spa didnt work. Rooms were clean but you will need cleaning stuff for kitchen like sponges and dishwashing liquid.

Excellent stay. The apartments are really spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. The location couldn’t be better - walking distance to Surfers Paradise, close to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport. Super convenient and easy to get around. An excellent hotel in the middle of Broadbeach, opposite Kurrawa SLC and 5 mins walk to the Gold Coast convention centre. Excellent access to all the restaurants all within minutes walk.

The room was clean and comfortable. The curtains in the bedroom could have had a bit more coverage as the bright morning sun lit up the room via the gaps at the ends of the curtains. The room didn’t have hand soap when we checked in, however the staff tried to remedy this quickly once we asked. Close to the beach, on the Broadbeach Mall and close the the casino makes it a good place to stay.
