"The staff was nice, parking very easy and convenient, location good and near Walmart and chain restaurants, as well as only a short drive from downtown Troy. We really enjoyed the pool and the 24 hour coffee/tea availability was a plus. We also used the guest laundry and it was fast and clean. Room condition was pretty good, with the exception that the shower curtain should be changed out/washed (it was grungy). The beds, carpets, etc. were all nice and clean and comfortable."

"The only thing that I see being a problem is the showers have no borders. I took a shower, when I finished I noticed there was standing water on the floor, had to throw a few towel down to dry it up. Other than that, the hotel and my room were very nice!"

"Let's start with check in, had to wait several minutes (5+) before someone came from down the hallway to the front desk. She was apologetic, friendly and efficient upon check in. Once in our room, it was spacious and clean, bed was more comfortable than most, the bathroom was a bit outdated. Outlet in the foyer didn't work, the smart TV in the room was not and could not connect to WiFi, despite the remote offering Netflix and mirroring to the TV? Attempted to call from the room phone to...

"Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again."

"The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests."

"The stay was beyond our expectations. Neither of us had ever stayed at a Fairfield Inn, but we had a great experience. The hotel was easy to access and close to where we needed to be. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our regret was that we did not bring swimwear to enjoy the indoor pool. The breakfast was more than we could ever want and definitely more than we needed to eat! We were extremely happy with our choice!"

"This was the absolute worst hotel experience from check in to check out. I would avoid this place at all costs. For starters, the end of this road is very sketchy. There are homeless people and drug addicts wandering all around this building. We did not feel safe. Secondly, these rooms are filthy with pubic hairs all over the bathrooms, dirty floors, dirty pillows (see pics). Upon check in, we found a sign on the desk with a phone number to call to check in. "Towel stain but all rest ok."

"Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes. Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff. Would not come back if I had a choice though."

"Our stay was perfect. Very clean. Staff was great. The morning breakfast was great. Absolutely no complaints. The night clerk was very nice and helpful. Being from Canada we may never return but if we are in the area again we would not hesitate. A++"
