"I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

"This is a nice clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 days here. My favorite thing and one that is hard to find is the pool goes to 8ft deep! I was so happy to be able swim in deep water! The water was clean and not super chlorinated. It was also a great temperature. They do need to take down their hot tub signs though. They dont have one anymore."

"Very well kept, staff always cleaning and it smelled nice like cleaning staff added some nice scents to rooms and hallways. Appreciated that we could actually use the pull out coach - it was nice and clean. All other hotel experiences we have had in the past we could never use pullout because it was dirty and nasty like never cleaned. But this place you can tell cleaning was a priority! Really quiet which was surprising for a weekend holiday stay. Kids enjoyed pool. Very spacious room."

Much to our dismay, we arrived in Grand Rapids only to find all hotel rooms in our budget were filled already due to a sports event. We drive a little further and happened upon this gem! "I will neverrr in my life will i ever stay at this hotel ever again in my life. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny...
