"Séjour de 4 jours à Londre dont 3 nuits. Prix très raisonnable, l'appartement est bien desservis à côté du métro Northen ligne, cinq à dix minute à pied. Restaurant, market et fast food aux alentours. Un très bon accueil ! Le petit déjeuner est compris, cuisine commune où vous pourrez vous faire des oeufs, du bacon, des tartines avec un large choix de confiture ( fraise, framboise,...), de multiples jus de fruit ( jus de pomme, jus d'orange, jus de raisin), lait et café. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
