"Property was clean and cared for, however carpet in room smells. It’s generally like this in all hotels and don’t know why they all don’t change to bare floors. So much cleaner. Carpet just accumulates dirt and smells."

"Staying at this hotel was a disappointing experience. When we first checked in, there was no one at the registration desk. I had to go find the clerk in the adjoining office. Then when he came out, it was a very slow process and he asked me if we really needed 2 beds (which is what I purchased). I asked for extra pillows, which I never got and when I went down to ask about that and the parking, there was a sign saying that he would be back in a bit. Other people were waiting in line too. "Front desk and restaurant/buffet staff were excellent. Super kind, considerate and helpful. Room was just ok. Bathroom is painfully cramped. Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel."

"The staff was extremely accommodating when we needed to link two separate reservations. The hotel is extremely convenient to Valley Forge as well as the town center shopping, but is in a quiet spot. Check-in was fast and easy, breakfast was great. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The bedding is very comfortable."

"The breakfast was better than most (except for the coffee- but you never get real coffee at hotels). The hostess at breakfast was so incredibly friendly and warm- I wanted to clone her and spread her kindness and friendliness all around. She was awesome."

"We loved our 2 night stay in this atrium style hotel. The lobby area downstairs is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well distributed. The hotel is a little dated but still very clean and up to par. Excellent area surrounding as well."
