"Our experience at this hotel was horrible. We check into your hotel around 4:00 Saturday. Almost immediately we heard loud talking coming from the room adjacent to us. This talking then elevated to screaming including profanity. At that time, I made a call to the front desk They did send a staff member up, but after the staff visited loud music and loud talking was heard coming from the room. At this point, I went down to the front desk and complained. Keep in mind this is all occurred under 2 hours of when we checked in. The staff was very nice but when I requested a room change they said there was nothing they could do because you were at capacity. I inquired about being transferred to your other Hyatt hotel in the area, but your staff said you had no affiliation with that hotel. My wife went down to front desk and was told the same thing. We did not feel safe and did not feel we should have to continue to listen to what was going on at the adjacent room. We checked out of your hotel before 6:00(within 2 hours of checking in) and had to book at room at a nearby hotel so we could try to salvage our anniversary get away. We followed up with the hotel requesting a refund and they told us we need to go through expedia for the refund since we purchased the room through you. Please provide a refund. "

"Overall, the hotel was clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I booked in a rush without much prior research, but I was very satisfied."

"The property & room were nice and clean and comfortable. Everything seemed to be fairly updated and nice. The breakfast quality seems to have dropped off quite a bit though. The scrambled eggs were terrible and the turkey sausage tasted like plastic. The included breakfast is a big reason my family always chooses Hampton Inns, but this was pretty bad. "

"The alloy is a nice hotel. We had a couple of issues that hopefully will be resolved soon. One was we could hear the pipes rattling in room 611. Also we had no hot water between the hours 8:00am to 6:00pm which is unacceptable. We should have been compensated for this since it was ALL day for 3 days. Overall we will stay here again. "

"Rooms are being remodeled.But there is 2 staff members that have made this stay awful. The older cleaning lady that is supposed to do the housekeeping has given my dad nothing but problems she complains about doing any housekeeping. My dad is disabled and she makes him leave the room with him having a bad back. And the supervisor in the mornings I don't know what's her deal but she has had a real attitude since we have been here. Other staff have been super gracious and nice to us and understanding in our situation. This has been an ok stay otherwise. Due to our situation it has been a stable roof over our head for the past few weeks which we're grateful"
