"I travelled with 2 girlfriends and we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived to check in at 1:30, our room was not ready yet which we assumed it wouldn't be because check in is at 3pm. Had lunch at the rook top restaurant and views were beautiful and the food was delicious, however service was very slow and they were not busy. Our room was not ready for us to check into until well after 5pm and we were given a voucher for $75...

"The pool was enjoyable, limited seating around the main pool. We didn’t realize until the last day that there is a silent pool with seating to the side of the 2nd building. Bars were all amazing, no issue getting drinks. 24/7 soda, juice, water, ice available. Snack bar with hotdogs, burgers, fries, chicken nuggets, ice cream open most of the day. Buffet was actually good for resort food. Major thing is you have to make dining reservations for specialty dining at 8am the day before if you want...

"The young lady who checked us in was amazing and very kind and helpful. I did not get her name but she had short blond hair. She was great. There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. She exemplified excellent customer service and a few others should follow her lead . She was very engaging and made sure we had whatever we requested! Rachel at the bar beside...

"Rooms are horrible tubs are chipping and I had the preferred club which means top shelf drinks . First let me start off saying the food was nasty as hell, in the morning for breakfast & lunch can’t enjoy your food. There are flies everywhere & birds disgusting . When you get up to get a drink you have to cover the plate with napkins. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all . Food on the beach horrible frozen hamburger patties Frozen chicken wings .staff at the hotel definitely favor Caucasians...

"Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. "
