"Everything was to Perfection."

"The location is in the center of activity and walking distance to many historical sites. The water side view of the Douro river is the best amenity of the room (queen bed was also very comfortable). The included breakfast exceeded expectations and the staff went out of their way to assist with site seeing and restaurant recommendations. This hotel was an exceptional find. My recommendation is to reserve early (and stay extra nights) as there are few rooms in this intimate hotel."

"By far one of the most enjoyable hotels we have been too. It is situated in an amazing location across the river with and amazing view and far from the bustle. "This hotel gives you a first day WOW factor, but if you stay for more than three days, you will start to see/feel things you might not like. For example the first day was amazing. "Rooms were fantastic, spotless and cleaned daily.breakfast well just WOW!! You order the night before, if you want an omelet or eggs they cook them to order. They bring everything to you.
