"Room was clean and a perfect base for exploring. 1 tiny fan and no air conditioning as advertised! We had to go buy another large fan as was stifling even with both sets of patio doors open all night. Not the golf view promised but a building site. Would also help to advise customers you have longterm construction daily for 2 new blocks. Noise from deliveries of materials, lorries reversing, Externally the existing buildings need alot of care and repairs. Balconies falling to bits. Weeds growing...

"We booked two rooms and arrived early for check in. The lady was very helpful and this remained the theme for our stay. The staff are friendly and problem solving. The property is a short walk from the centra of Evesham and is over the road from the main park with the river running through it. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were on the whole excellent, clean, comfortable, large bathrooms, secure. The only issue is that there is no aircon so it is really hot in the rooms and tricky to...

"A quality hotel with great facilities including golf and a spa. The staff are exceptional and friendly and helpful. The food is first rate and the Indian executive chef delivers among the best curries I've ever had. The rest of the menu is pretty good as well."

"We were in room 8 which is a large room with 2 very comfortable chairs and a settee. The bathroom was also large and very clean. The room is north facing with a large window which you can open which meant that it was very cool during the recent hot weather; there was also a tower fan as the building has no air conditioning. It is at the back of the building so there is no noise from the road. Breakfast was good and the staff are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended."

"Welcome was lovely, room was really pretty with nice touches, pretty noisy though, you'll be lucky to get a solid nights sleep. Breakfast wasnt great either sadly. Overall though it was a lovely, pretty, welcoming hotel for a single night stay."

"Beautiful property, in urgent need of maintenance and remodeling. Beds and mattresses are in very bad condition, carpets have had it. Only 5 AC equipped rooms. We got four of them and ACs were working on two of them."
