"Beautiful room "

"I could hear everything the person in the next room was saying and doing. Hotel smelled like pee and cigarettes walking in lobby. "

"Staff was super accommodating, room is spacious and clean and breakfast wasn’t as generic as most of the hotels I’ve stayed at, not to mention all of the restaurant/dining options nearby. Would definitely book here again."

"I was at this hotel for four days and my room was never cleaned nor were the coffee supplies replenished. Trash cans not emptied nor was the bed made. Each day I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee and that it be replenished. On the second day I asked that my room be cleaned and it never happened. Staff seemed indifferent to their guests requests."

"I stayed with my daughter for a dance competition nearby. The shower wall had MANY little black curly hairs stuck to it. The shower drain area had long black hair. It was really disgusting. We just felt very dirty. "

"There’s no water pressure the toilet even has no water pressure. The staff is really cold. Some are nice but most are cold. There are terrible directions on the top floor to get to places. There are no signs and it’s very dark, including in the room."

"No hot water in the three rooms we were moved to and our refrigerator was warm and moldy. There is only one suitcase cart for the whole property and someone had it stowed in their room and no one could find it..never again!"

"The room was cool. The only issue I have is that the shower head was pretty rusty and had limescale on it. The breakfast was nice. Pretty standard. I do wish they had non pork options for the meats. But it was cool. I appreciated the microwave. Parking filled up fast but I was able to find a spot. This is a convenient spot to stay in near the mall. "
