"There was an issue the first night. Electrical issues forced us to transfer to another local, unaffiliated property...which was not at the level of comfort and amenities we expected or had paid for. That said, the hotel went out of its way to correct the issue, first by upgrading our rooms, then reaching a mutually agreeable price correction. All in all, a great stay! "The location is great. It has a on site restaurant and a swimming pool. The food is delicious with local and fresh material. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious, but some noise over the roof, maybe some small animals there. The garden is amazing with beautiful views, a lot of tropical plants. "

"The staff were incredibly friendly. Right away they offered drinks while we checked in. We were able to use the pool and gym while we waited for our room to be ready. Very clean stay and open spaces. Breakfast had many options and changed depending on the day. Loved the variety of pools and jacuzzis for privacy or bigger groups. "

Room was great enjoyed wildlife from our patio every day. Hot springs and pools were clean and not overcrowded. Saw monkeys, iguanas, wild pigs, cows, horses and tons of beautiful birds throughout the property."
