"The property is beautiful. It’s currently being renovated, but did not interfere with our stay at all. The suite was spacious and clean. Staff was very nice. The waterfall was down the road and so much better than a swimming pool. "

"This place is a paradise! So much wildlife! The breakfast is amazing, made to order! The hiking trail is great and we saw several sloths within the hotel grounds. I feel very lucky to have stayed here! My only small complaint is that the mattress was not very comfortable. Otherwise, it's incredible! Close to town but in the peace and quiet of the jungle."

"Wonderful hotel off the beaten track to unwind and view the volcano. Lush landscaping created privacy and brought nature "inside". The bathroom was amazing! The staff were awesome and had great recommendations. They were very helpful setting up a tour. "

"We really enjoyed the stay at the Natural Green, the staff were incredibly welcoming, very helpful and a good team. The typical breakfast with excellent as were the cocktails are happy hour. The real standout of the hotel was the gardens and grounds which were just beautiful. The restaurant and bar were goods and there was also a fantastic soda (Soda Fortuna) around the corner as well as Chante Verde which was a great place for an evening meal. One or two slight niggles for that there was no bedside table or a bedside light, or a water dispenser in the common areas, which meant that we had to ask for our bottles to be filled a couple of times a day. "
