"I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. "Apartment complex was lovely, basic, needs a little TLC in some areas but this did not ruin our stay. Cleaners and workers always on the go, busy and very polite. Cafe/Bar next to the pool was ideal and good value for money."
