"I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. We will definitely be back Elliot Gentles"

"The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level "

Food is so good ignore all the bad reviews we were super impressed, cocktails and premium brand drinks on the All inclusive were the best we have had, staff all super friendly, I had 2 massages whilst there & they were booth amazing. "Apartment complex was lovely, basic, needs a little TLC in some areas but this did not ruin our stay. Cleaners and workers always on the go, busy and very polite. Cafe/Bar next to the pool was ideal and good value for money."
