"A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing. I fully appreciate that staff are striving to deliver the most attentive service, but at times it felt more intrusive rather than helpful. "From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like royalty at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel staff goes above and beyond. It has a restaurant, beautiful bar with live music, a beautiful rooftop bar and a tea service. I highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again."
