"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"The rooms were spotless and had lots of of storage for your things, I had two big bags and they weren’t in the way at all, the showers/toilets were really clean, the vending machines were full of lovely food and drinks, the climate control is amazing, the light settings were just right, it’s very secure throughout the hotel, probably the best sleep I’ve ever had, I didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back!"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"The hotel is a historical masterpiece! The staff is lovely and the breakfast was all encompassing. The rooms are a bit tired, with a noticeable hole in the wall near the door and a lot of discolored grout in the bathroom. Not being picky but given the price, the rooms could use a refresh."

"Staff, (Sid) was so nice, early arrival, . I was exhausted and he was able to secure me a single to crash in until my room was ready at 11 am. There are no amenities. This place is bare bones . It’s nicely decorated, but bring your own pillow. Beds and pillows are not comfortable."
