"Courteous reception staff and although we knew we had arrived early (as we were having afernoon tea down the road, as the room was ready we were allowed to check in early, which saved leaving things in a cold car for a few hours. Room was spacious and quiet with great facilities, toiletries, coffee machine, bottles of water etc which were replenished daily. Great breakfast options with tea and coffee refills on request. The only point I would make, is that we always feel under pressure to vacate our room before 10.00 during the week, with house keeping staff knocking and sometimes entering our room even though we put out the appropriate sign to indicate that we are still using the room. We are not conference attendees - we stay for other reasons and therefore do not...

The hotel is immaculate and quirky with many added extras like a games room with record player and records, a boot room, a bar with fires.
