"We stayed at the Sheraton Resort Villas, Kauai from July 14 - July 21, 2026. Our room was clean, and we had housekeeping every day. We were able to cook in our room, which had a stove, full sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The room also had a washer/dryer combo as well. The resort was clean. "We enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. The only thing I would say is if they should clean the rooms more often. We checked in on a Friday and they cleaned that Monday. And we didn’t check out till Saturday. The bathrooms needed a little love. Otherwise we had a great time."

"We love this property! This is our second trip to Kauai and both times we stayed at this Marriott. The pools are saltwater and so relaxing to be in. We enjoyed the hot tub too. This property is located directly off Poipu Beach. Right down the beach you can see the turtles at sunset and the occasional monk seals. "There is no central or split/window air conditioning in the rooms. They do provide a cheap floor standing portable AC unit only in the bedroom. Since it is tropical rainforest weather , the rooms stay pretty warm without air-conditioning. We had to request additional pedestal fans to keep us cooler in living area . The condo was not well maintained , creaky door hinges , a super noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom with no separate switch which has to be on if the light is on , no blackout...
