"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was always nice to come back to a well-kept room after a full day of sightseeing in London. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
The only downside was that the hotel did not have air conditioning, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the London heat wave while we were there.

"Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Der einzige Nachteil waren die vielen schmalen Treppen bis zu unserem Zimmer, da ich Probleme mit meinem Knie habe. Das Personal wusste dies jedoch vorher nicht. Ansonsten wäre es bestimmt möglich gewesen, ein Zimmer in einer der unteren Etagen zu bekommen.
Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb, ist aber...
