"I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

"Not your average Holiday inn. Great lobby and dining area with multiple different seating areas for business travelers and families alike. Thoughtful amenities (workstations, oulets, bar, coffee station). Nice breakfast buffet with many choices. Clean and spacious rooms with well thought out functional details. "

"Room was spotless and spacious, the staff are so lovely especially the gentleman who helped us with breakfast. Great location too! Would definitely return "

"The front desk receptionist was covert helpful in giving outbound and inbound directions out into the city. He was very patient as this was our first time in London and he went above and beyond. I did not catch his name but he is an elderly man with glasses. Overall the hotel was clean and had everything you needed for the price. Our bathroom also unfortunately kept leaking water and we had to place lots of towels. "

"Nice hotel. Friendly staff and super clean and comfortable room. Had a double plus single bed room. Good breakfast. Well located for the station and town centre. We were doing the Harry Potter tour for which it's ideal."
