"Just a one night stay while visiting old friends. The reception staff were our major interaction with the staff and both Jasmine and Stella were amazing! They were both very helpful and aware of the difficulties imposed by the extreme heat. Many thanks to both of them!"

"The room we had was very spacious, and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff are all so cordial and welcoming. The food was delicious. It's close proximity to Heathrow was the reason for our overnight stay, and we are so glad we did."

"Avoid the kiosk receptionist recommend for booking travel to Heathrow. It says some kiosk Uber but it is not from uber the company and charges 35 pounds or so for 5 minute trip. Better off take bus or if with luggage call actula uber."

"The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. "Lovely clean rooms, super helpful staff, gave great recommendations for food and public transport. One of the rooms had a/c and the other 2 had fans which was perfect for the heatwave. Would stay here again, lovely little spot."

"As an older property built in 1799 it was wonderful. The building was quaint and clean. It was outdated in decoration but that is what adds to it's charm. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The biggest issue we had was the water pressure. Our shower was barely a trickle and made it hard to take a shower. Otherwise our stay was Wonderful!"
