"We were told when we arrived there that no they were coming in our room unless we asked for them to come in, which is fine one of the days we came back and they changed the locks on the doors to the room. Am my medication and phone we’re inside. I got back late and there were no staff to let me in how to get hold of a security which took a long time. No reason given as to why they didn’t tell us about their lock change it was like we didn’t matter"

"The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and that is what we liked about it. Our room was one without air conditioning and we were in a heat wave but the fan provided kept us cool. There was a party on the Friday night and the loud music kept us up but we eventually were able to sleep. My husband used the pool and gym and was happy with the facilities. We had breakfast one morning and it was a very good buffet with lots of choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Denham Grove and would stay there...

"Incredible hotel! Loved the old pub and the breakfast."

"Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park."

"Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try)."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Breakfast is good in terms of quality and variety. Opens at 6:30 is just early enough for us to start some of our day excursions. Not enough bathroom amenities e.g. skin lotion, shower cap. A good plus is an ironing board for us. Cleaning staff did a relatively good job."

"This hotel is centrally located close to many of the main tourist attractions and the theatre district. All within walking distance. Booked a Superior Single room. Room was a decent size and had the usual amenities, iron, coffee maker, etc. No fridge or microwave. The bed is comfortable and the linen is soft. "CitizenM concept is great for solo travelers. This particular property is perfectly situated right at the convenient Tower Hill tube station and overlooks Trinity Square. Top floor lounge has an amazing view of the Tower of London and the Shard — as do many of the rooms. Stayed here before, will stay again."

"We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Best of all was the location. Five to ten minute walk to London Eye and Thames South Bank and just another five minutes to Parliament, Westminster Underground. Looking forward to staying there again."

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."
