"I have stayed at this hotel close to 20 times. As I checked in I was told I was upgraded. The room however was smaller than I have ever been in at this hotel before. I very much doubt I was upgraded. Very disappointing."

"The position was excellent, a couple of streets from Harrods’ and close to 2 tube stations as well as the V & A, Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Very spacious with huge comfortable beds, balconies off the bedrooms with table and chairs and air con in the bedrooms.
Absolutely great in all respects. Be awakes though that there is a quite large security deposit and they also ask for ID on arrival."

"Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. I didn’t have the most expensive room so this may not apply to other rooms - there was little to no natural light in the room and the A/c was working but for those who like really cool rooms - it was struggling.
I had hoped for a desk or table but the room really only fitted the bed and wardrobe with the ability to walk around the bed but it was ’bijou’.
Other practical things to comment on - no real space to lay out your toiletries except on a shelf above...
