"The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about...

"Had a lovely stay at Cheval Knightsbridge. Fabulous location, wonderful cleaning staff and front desk. Great location. Close to public transportation and many of the local museums. Highly recommend staying here with kids!"

"This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms."

"Check in was smooth and all staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and with everything available to make our stay comfortable. Luxury is apparent everywhere, but not flashy like some hotels. Quality and comfort abound. We had such a lovely stay, the bed was super comfy and even the third bed we had put in the room was super comfy. The staff even left a birthday present for my mum when they discovered it was her birthday. A very special overnight...

"Beautifully designed room.Warm, cozy and elegant common areas. Located in a residential neighborhood close to the subway and within walking distance to shops, museums, cafes and restaurants. Staff were great and welcoming. Perfect!"
