"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an impressive winding staircase and fantastic glass chandeliers. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The attention to efficient design was noteworthy. That said, the bathroom was tiny, though highly functional. The included breakfast was perfect for starting the day. The neighborhood, just off Sloane Sq. worked out well for us, convenient to the tube and buses. Our last night we had terrific fish and chips at the pub The Antelope just a block...

"It is a lovely hotel, the room was good and they do a very nice breakfast. The reason for my middle rating is the availability of the bar. I am in one of the major capital cities of the world near to a world famous concert venue,the Royal Albert Hall, and after returning from the show at just on 11pm, I was told that the bar had just closed, a ridiculous decision and not the service they should be offering and is the reason I would never return or recommend to other people to go there"
