"I have stayed at the sister hotel, Hotel Costes, before for work trips. This hotel is the friendlier version of the Paris Hotel. The staff was amazing from start to finish, the details in the room were amazing and the food was worth calling room service for. I can honestly say this is value for money..."

"Whilst the location of the hotel was good & the staff very helpful - no issues there - the room was absolutely terrible. Tiny, no space to put a suitcase, a tiny sink. I had to leave & find a new hotel losing 3 days of money. My attempts to get a refund have been unsuccessful even though the staff told me my room was smaller than most.
For one traveller with carry on - the room might suffice. For 2 travellers from Australia with 2 normal size suitcases, this hotel was terrible.
