"1) Never responded to requests in text via Expedia last night - and, couldn't get them by phone (my phone an issue getting through London at airport, 2) took a long time to get a person at the desk when I got there, 3) Ordered dinner when I got there - took a long time to get food, 4) Hallway needed to be vacuumed (midnight and this morning as well), 5 kids were very loud midnight from the next room, 6) the best part was I did get sleep and the next morniong the bus to LHR Terminal 3 only cost...

"Solid “downtown” place to start a vacay… we were 3 days here - then Scotland then Ireland. We did some of the usual suspects here like St James park; Buckingham guards; the London Eye. All within walking distance. Add the breakfast and meet Fay and Rachel - two staff members with kindness and personality to spare! It’s a downtown hotel - but these 2 humans made it memorable in a great way. For food there’s stuff right across the pedestrian street - or head over a few blocks to the Waterloo...

"The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about technology and their city. Very friendly and welcoming. The Hub’s location is perfect - right nest to St. James Underground. Walking distance to St. James Park and Churchill’s War Rooms and Buckingham Palace."
