"When booking my two rooms I was looking for a pool to entertain three children to my surprise and having to pay an additional $300 for a deposit on top of the $900 I paid for two days was crazy to find out there was no pool for the money I sent I could have went to somewhere a lot nicer. The rooms also stated they where King suites they were not just regular hotel rooms that they are overcharging for. Very disappointed in this stay"

"Good value hotel. Rooms were clean, though showing signs of age. But everything worked and beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not horrible, but very basic. The only complaint is that, for a stay of our length (8 nights), it would have been nice to have a smart tv on which we could play our streaming services."

"The room was more or less okay, although some things just didn't work, but the entire building feels like it's only halfway finished. Lots of work being done, the common area is filled with boxes of things, and one other resident referred to the elevator as "ghetto" as the floor isn't done and there's a tarp or something hanging over the walls. "I like the reception and how clean the place was"

"Coffee maker in room did NOT work. Bathtub faucet leaked. Bathroom fan did NOT work. Opened window to get some fresh air and found window frame dirty with little black bugs. Quickly closed it. Bathroom dark. Incredibly outdated. Never did get television to work. No phone in room. Could see where one had been. Definitely overpriced. Was named holiday inn express, but far below other holiday inns I have stayed at. Do not stay here!!!"

"The pool was closed. The sign was confusing and staff had no idea why it wasn't open."

"our room could've definitely benefitted from a remodel. the sofa and headboard were in rough shape and there were specks of paint on the carpet and other surfaces from the last time it was painted. our in-room phone blinked for four days. we were on the third floor and the stairs were cracked, dirty, and creaky. the top step was a different depth than the other stairs which makes it a safety issue."

"Giving 2 stars cause the lady who checked me in was really nice. Other than that, my toilet wouldnt flush, someone tried to fix it but it still wasn’t working. Fridge door wouldn’t close and leaked everywhere. Thin walls, person underneath me was playing music all night and was loud in my room. Super noisy place between other guests and road noise. not good if ur a light sleeper. Night time staff rude"
