"My family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our visit. We experienced an issue when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room, and the front desk associate was incredibly helpful in resolving the situation quickly and courteously. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations, and we would gladly stay here...

"The worst of the worst. Internet never worked. All night with nothing. Staff incompetent!! People outside your door all night walking and talking. I could go on and on but I'll leave it here."

"When booking my two rooms I was looking for a pool to entertain three children to my surprise and having to pay an additional $300 for a deposit on top of the $900 I paid for two days was crazy to find out there was no pool for the money I sent I could have went to somewhere a lot nicer. The rooms also stated they where King suites they were not just regular hotel rooms that they are overcharging for. Very disappointed in this stay"

"The lobby looks nice, but the room was dirty. It looked like it’s not maintained or clean. Saw a lot of spiderwebs in one of the rooms. It smell like cigarettes not the best experience the staff was OK but the rooms were poor."

"Make sure when checking out to ask for your deposit back they took forever to return back to my account!"

"The bed was uncomfortable you can feel the coils in that mattress.The room smelled like cigarettes. The neighbors were extremely loud. The door slamming was ridiculous the vents in the hallway must of not been working properly the hallways smelled really bad like food/ body odor.The front desk person did not have much to say besides do you need air fresheners. Finally we asked to get moved 2nd room was not bad but the mattress was the same. Great idea but it needs a lot of improvement."
