"The staff was amazing and the food from the Placery was really good. The property itself could use an update. The window in my room was cracked with a bad repair and the air conditioner was very loud and did very little to cool off the room. The room needed to be updated."

"The hotel smelled like urine in the lobby and elevator when we checked in, then we were given a room that was occupied. The room had no black out curtains and very limited amount of towels. Refrigerator did not work."

"Grab n go breakfast was a joke, so plan on getting your breakfast elsewhere. Staff barely at counter. If you're okay with a place just to lay your head then go for it. Very old, unkept. No bugs is the only plus."

"There was a gentleman that checked me in however he was pretty rude. We arrived at 2pm and asked if early check in was possible and we didn’t think so, but we asked anyway. Answer was no that’s fine I hang out until 3pm, I go to the desk and he says “the room isn’t ready.” I ask what they can do. Another gentleman comes over and says “can’t you give her a room that’s clean” and he tries to come over and make adjustments, but the rude receptionist even goes as far as making the keyboard...
